Pray on MLK
PRAY ON MLK: AUGUST – On Saturday, August 8, 2020, thousands gathered at Martin Luther King parks, streets and boulevards for the first ever “Pray on MLK” — the multi-ethnic, multi-generational glorious body of Believers taking a stand together for the end of racism and injustice and the rising up of Justice and Righteousness! Jesus Loves Kzoo and the Kalamazoo House of prayer sponsored the local Pray on MLK events in both Kalamazoo and Portage.
“God, tear down wickedness, Raise up Righteousness, and release Healing to America!” #PrayOnMLK #JesusIsJustice

Jesus Loves WMU
Huge kudos to Jordan Pallidino and Laura Osborne for leading the charge for providing international student aid at WMU summer 2020! This outreach was able to help thousands of students with groceries and food for 5 months. They also helped to provide over 400 months worth of rent to get students through this tough time!
This was such a great opportunity to show students the OVERWHELMING LOVE of Jesus!!
Questions or wondering if there is still need? Contact Laura Nilsen Osborne at LOsborne@rca.org or Jordan Palladino at jordanapalladino@gmail.com
Civil Righteousness Conference: ONEBlood
Prayer Summit 2020
Close to 100 pastors and leaders attended as we prayed through elements of the Lord’s Prayer in a unique and powerful way – Click Here for a recap video
“…make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
JLK365 Community Connection Brunch 2019
Recently we held our annual Community Connections Brunch, which is an opportunity to continue to build relationship with those we first connected with during Catalyst week.
Past Healing the Land / Civil Righteousness Conferences
2018: In March 2018, we were blessed to bring in nationally known leaders: Will Ford & Matt Lockett. Matt and Will’s story is amazing and is a “sign and a wonder” (a ‘signpost’ that points to Jesus that will make the world ‘wonder’!) Let us continue on together as the Church in Kalamazoo, tearing down the stronghold of racism in our region!

2017: JLK and KHOP partnered to host the first “Civil Righteousness Conference” with keynote speaker, Jonathan Tremaine Thomas. CLICK HERE to visit the recap page!
2016: The Kalamazoo regional Church of Jesus Christ came together for a powerful night of worship and prayer held at Centerpoint church on Feb. 27, 2016. Denominational and racial divisions and walls will continue to come crashing down when we come together as THE CHURCH in prayer and worship.

2015: “Healing the Land Advance 2015” marked a shift in the spiritual atmosphere in our region! Over 150 leaders gathered at Mt. Zion to repent, turn, pray and seek His face together! The Lord has promised that when His people gather in this way, HEALING will come!
