Can you imagine Kalamazoo as a city where there is…

  • No Racism… 
  • No Selfishness…
  • No Road Rage…
  • No Prejudice…
  • No Violence…
  • No Disrespect…   But a whole lot of Kindness!

#KzooKind Directions…

  • SHARE ON FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM using the #KzooKind and #JLK hashtags
    Make a 1min or less video clip or picture and tell us how YOU shared Kindness with SOMEONE, and include them in the video if possible!
  • ALL AGES can Participate! Parents help your kids share their acts!!
  • These ACTS OF KINDNESS can be Big or Small!
    Share a Smile, Say Thank You, Open the Door for Ladies, Forgive Someone, Tell People You Love Them, Buy Food for a Family, Grab Coffee for your Co-worker….the list goes on. Be Creative!

My little friend Deonte! He walked over and handed me a Popsicle. I couldn’t get it open and he looked up and said “I can go have it cut with scissors for you”! And he ran off and returned with it. We talked about how that was an act of Kindness. #KzooKind #JLK

Working with the Miracle Camp Kids who were totally Awesome this year helping with all the prep, counting, and loading!! They were inspired by our Kindness Challenge and brought the JLK prep staff some “KIND” bars!! #KzooKind #JLK

I love when I get to show intentional love to kids. There’s just something so precious and innocent about the laughs they let out and the screams of joy will be in my head for a very long time.
