Paving the Way for Catalyst Week

Upcoming Meetings & Goals

 

This year we are doing things a little differently!

We will not be having a large group meeting for the Grill-Site Teams. Instead, our JLK Site-Teams Coach (Keri) will be communicating with you by email, and by phone during the planning process. If at any point you need additional help and would like to meet to talk things through, just contact Keri and she will schedule a time to connect with you on and individual basis.

Here are examples of some of the things you will be reporting back to our Site-Team Coach…

  • Plans for parking and porta-jon needs…
  • Any additional equipment you will be supplying for the site…
  • Any additional children’s activities you will be supplying for the site…
  • Any special areas in the neighborhood that street teams should be sent to…
  • What is your promo strategy for the site (such as getting out posters, flyers, prayer-walking etc)…
  • Any problems or questions your team is having…

What: “Catalyst Week All-Volunteer Rally”

Date / Time for 2021 will be announced soon

Location: **Online this year

** This is the main “All-Volunteer” training and info meeting. We will have a special break-out session for grill site area leaders — an opportunity to ask questions etc. It is especially important for everyone who is part of a Grill Site Hosting team to plan on coming to the All-volunteer meeting break-out sessions!!

Location: The Bridge Church, 7200 Angling Rd, Portage MI 49024

  • Note: The Bridge will be the JLK-Staging Location during Catalyst Week!
  • Area leaders may drop-in on Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 10 to look over supply bins again and ask any last minute questions.
  • We will confirm exact drop in times and communicate those times directly to you by late June.
