JLK Catalyst Week: July 8-13, 2018
Jesus Loves Kzoo is a Kingdom movement, not an event.
So what is the big deal about this one week in July?
As we move toward a Kingdom vision of community revival, we believe it is vitally important for there to be at least one main event each year that is truly a “trumpet call” for the Church in our region.
“The work is extensive and spread out, and we are widely separated from each other along the wall. Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, join us there. Our God will fight for us!” ~Neh 4:19-20
When the trumpet sounds and the WHOLE body comes together, laying aside individual agendas, worshiping, loving and serving in a visible way, God promises to use the Oneness of His Bride to bring people to the saving knowledge of His Son (John 17:22-23).
Just as a catalyst is defined as an agent that “provokes or speeds significant change or action”, we believe God will use the obedience of the Church coming together in our region as a CATALYST which will ignite something bigger than ourselves, paving the way for revival.
